The website gives information about the hotel, its rooms and services. We try to keep it accurate, but details such as rooms, amenities and availability may change, and photos are for illustration.

Inquiries and bookings

Sending an inquiry through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when the hotel confirms it to you directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. Rates, payment and cancellation terms are agreed at that time.

Guest reviews

You can write a review after signing in with your Google account. By submitting a review you confirm that:

• it is your own honest opinion, based on a real stay or visit;
• it does not contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content, advertising, or other people's personal information;
• you are not paid or rewarded for it and are not connected to the hotel or a competitor.

How reviews are published

Reviews are checked before they appear. We may decline or remove reviews that break these terms, but we do not edit what guests write, and we do not remove reviews just because they are negative. We may publish a public reply from the hotel.

You keep ownership of your review. By submitting it you give us permission to display it, with your name and profile photo, on this website. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Signing in with Google

Sign-in is provided by Google and is also subject to Google's terms. We never receive your Google password. How we handle the information Google shares with us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no spam, no automated or bulk submissions, no attempts to access the dashboard or other restricted areas, and nothing that harms the website or other users.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to the hotel or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Links to other services

The website links to or embeds services run by others, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability
